Rariewyn heard about the fact Taeron spent a lot of time near a inn, then Rariewyn went on the surface and discovers the encampment near the royal oak, he writes on a paper about this then came back to the drow camp, and now he looks for some Drow who wants to do some raid on the surface, he promised to the raider a lot of powerful stuff to pick on the ennemy corpses.

Galtha always look for raid on the surface. Let her know you need informations about him, she saw him sometimes at surface.
