The word spreads that Ian Halgrave's promotion ceremony, granting him the official title of Imperceptor of Shadowdale's Church of Bane Chapter, will be held soon. All faithful and allies of the Zhentarim are welcomed to gather in the Church for the event.

A party of Zhentarim and Church Members enter the Barracks, not seen for some time. Rumor spreads that they somehow went to Zhentil Keep, and they return in a few hours to their duties. Word Spreads quickly that Ian Halgrave is now the Imperceptor of the Church of Bane in Shadowdale, and that Captain Castle has been promoted to Castellan.
