In the Lathandrite Settlement

A group of people could be seen visiting the settlement. After some talking on the road they walk to the river and begin to pull rocks out of it. Two humans one with a fancy beard and fancy knightly clothing and one in a robe with another fancy but smaller beard pick up the rocks and carry them over to a small hill where the one in the robe and another human who helped fishing the rocks out started to build some sort of shrine. In the end a rather throne like looking small shrine of rocks stands on the small hill and the group dissolved.

After the group has dispersed, Elijah walks up to the small rock shrine and studies it curiously.

Elijah would find that it is a simple throne shaped shrine purely made of rocks.
