To the Staff

Mara pens a letter to the staff of the Royal Oak.

From this day forward, no one is to be hired without my approval first. It seems someone has been hiring people without Mr. Creed's or my approval. This will not be happening again. It is my job to make sure the Inn is a safe place. It is my job to make sure Mr. Creed is safe. Hiring someone that I have not interviewed is unacceptable. I will be talking to all staff in the next few days. I will be re-interviewing people. If I think you are not a good match for the Inn you will be asked to leave the staff. If this happens again there will be consequences to pay.
