Meeting with The Boys

Alright boys here's the deal. Tae and I had a small run in with a few Zhents. We left after making them pretty nervous and they had to go get reinforcements cause they couldn't take us on. So the one known as Azzelas...no longer allowed in here. They come in just shoo them out again forcibly if needed. We are going to amp up our patrols and I'm going to have a chat with a few friends along with the Ironhouses. They want to think they are superior fine they can....then when they start on their patrols we will be there. I think a few surprises are coming their way soon. Now you boys keep an eye out especially you Vinny. You know what to do. Mara walks upstairs to do some paperwork chuckling as she goes.

In the few coming days, Taeron can be seen around the Inn...

He seems to be in the process of getting into shape. Lifting logs, running up the volcano, wrestling dire boars... The stuff action heroes do in montages.

Things just got serious.

During Ardylan's many impromptu patrols to the Oak, during which he usually stops in for a quick drink of crape, he notices the guards look more alert than usual. He also catches sight of Taeron working out. While he doesn't stop and stare, he wonders to himself how long it will be before he sees Taeron run up the volcano, while carrying a log, while wrestling a dire boar all at the same time.

(( I don't mean to sound silly, but I did plan to do that in the next post... At least the "running up the volcano with a log on his shoulder". But the boar would get in there somewhere... in time.)))

He ventures into the inn to say hi to Mara before continuing to the Ironhouse halls.
