Establishment of the Azer Colony Empty
PostSubject: Establishment of the Azer Colony   Establishment of the Azer Colony EmptyMon Nov 26, 2012 12:45 pm

Azers are elementals native to the Elemental Plane of Fire and Elemental Chaos. Azers were created by fire titans and fire giants, whom they often serve. Others, however, live free and work for their own benefit.

As you know there is an Azer community close to our refugee camp's borders. It's simply known as Azer Hall locally. The place is seperated from the undead infested halls by a bridge upon a molten lava lake. Even though the undead usually just burn when they wander too far into there, occasionally some of them got inside. Also the lower levels of the undead filled tunnels connect to the Azer miners' workplaces in some of the caverns and the mindless undeads manage to overrun them. It's clear those Azers are in need of protection in order to be preserved. The frequent patrols of the area by the drow from the camp has broken the will of Azers and they are pretty much defenseless right now. I myself been studying the place, which is an ancient ruin with many, many undiscovered riches as either gold or information, and the Azers for a long time now and I think this will be very profitable for us. The Halls contain many ruins that date back to the founding of first civilizations on this world and after doing some researches and many hours of studying I only managed to obtain the name of the civilization, it's called Illefarn. Who knows what kind of powers we could obtain by researching this place.

The Drow needs to expand and conquer those lands. The Azer workforce and their skill will become critical in the rebuilding efforts of both the City itself and the outpost. Their weaponsmiths will aid our war effort and the need for Duergars will be completely obsolete once we have Azers as our slave workforce. So the revenge of the certain events could be taken after there is no need for any Duergar in our midsts.

The Azers will provide good manpower for both skill required works like smithing and mining and also can be used as meatshields and foot soldiers.

It is also a matter of principal for us. For too long the Azers and other communities near us enjoyed their freedom and the time has come for the Drow to rightfully become their master. A force is being organised by Quath'sil Vandree for this effort and anyone who want to join should sign up.

[The xp and fire essence can still be obtained by killing Azers as they could be the ones who rebelled against the drow rule etc.]

Jhael, as always, is ready to serve... especially if there is a convincing reason, like more slaves, behind it.
