The blonde woman by the name Elektra *a short description follows* is a devil-pact mage and probably an ally of the Zhentarim.

I suggest you be on your guard and treat her just as you would treat a Zhent.
She defended a Zhent with her own body, helped him escape, and she was willing to spill her own blood to protect him.

She did as much as turn into an erinyes and fought me using eldritch magic, and she was the one to strike first.
She had her chance to leave, yet she tried to bring me down.
Her body was stolen - most likely by a Zhent, so she may return.

Beware

This incident happened within the Royal Oak. A place that was raided by Zhents countless of times, and a place where the Zhents left many dead behind...

The bouncer would tell Morrigan to leave the note where it is. He was there and witnessed the mess.
