Sneering slightly, he wipes away a coat of dust from the ongoing construction and remodeling of the current temple, then he sets to opening the various messages that cross his desk. "Hmm," he mumbles, "it seems they need lumber."

He stands, saunters very slowly to the window, and peeks out briefly at the stacks of lumber for the Dawnspire reconstruction.

"We build to the heavens while farmers sit ruined and destitute."

He rubs his chin, looking around briefly before returning to his desk.

"As a Dawnkeeper, I have some discretion in these matters. It's high time I tested its limits."

He grabs up quill, ink, and letterhead and hastily composes this letter:

Dear Foreman,

Please take thirty percent in board-feet from current lumber stores and have this portion shipped to Shadowdale by water. Upon arrival in Shadowdale, have the shippers inform Deputy Mayor Vincent and Priestess Julia that this wood is a donation to the City from the Dawnspire in the name of our Morninglord. Please use it for the construction of barns.
