A man waiting for the leaders of the academy

A man in white armor with a skull mask can be seen waiting across the bridge of the academy, should somebody ask he needs to speak with the academies leaders.

(I dont know whom I have to contact for interaction with the faction)

A familiar little elf would trot over to meet the man in white armor, inviting him inside the academy building.
