A parchment is posted in the Dancing Moon and Free Haven.

Seeking to trade an enchanted rapier of storm and ice ((1d6 elec, 1d6 cold)) for a Falchion of similar worth!  Look for me in Free Haven, ask for "Seld" or leave a written notice here.  I will check back.
