Odd sounds in Shadowdale Woods

From time to time travelers would hear the sounds of large spiders moving about. The clicking and skuttling of these monsterous beasts but no one has yet to see any or any trace of the creatures. Some have told the Rangers to the south they heard a bear moving about or the sounds of a man running past them. No tracks or signs of them have been discovered. True sight reveals nothing. However the woods have begun to take on a "creepy" feel to them and some forest animals have begun to avoid the place...

As a result of the recent findings of drows in the forest, Sedrin would stand at the ant hill, listening, scanning the area for any visible signs of the source of the sounds

Being no druid nor a ranger Karovir has no idea what is going on. He however would watch the situation. He would look out for the spiders or try to make out any traces of magic or magical spots.

When this news reaches Loora she mentions fighting an unusually large spider in the haunted house. 'Large enough to straddle the stairway, its body was the size of three ponies.'

Having been present with both Ravossel and Emrys during one of these incidents, Lhanir and her comrades concluded that it had been a thin barrier between themselves and this strange other place. Ravossel promptly made her way towards the Grove to question the dryads there, hoping that they might be able to give her answers when instructed to "seek out the fey".

Lhanir would follow and even pass a tidbit of this news on to the Lyons, given that they were tied through blood to fey heritage, and would likely be of use. She would then resume her efforts to maintain the plague that spreads through the wilderness.

Ravossel would discover that Susurrus was an evil spider fey that was corrupted by drow a few millennium ago. The fey of both houses joined forces to imprison the creature.

*Soon after leaning about this Ravossel tells one of the Deputy mayors about it, after a few unpleasant words with her, Ravossel leafs shadow dale, not be for she stops to check out the spider house in shadowdale.*

*While Ravossel is in the spider house, she try's to determine the fallowing.*

1) If the spiders in the spider house are of the same size as the ones she heard last night. By there foots falls, and from the sounds when she fights them.

2) If there both of the same bread of spiders.

* This task may not be a easy one do to Ravossel is only going off of the sounds that both of them make *

*Affter this minor detour Ravossel goes back trying to stop or at least slow the spread of the Tar Ooze taint in shadowdale woods. *
