Jarrin Chats

*Between dealing with restocking the Old Skull and making sure the cattle get to the appropriate farmers, Jarrin is seen chatting with various people around town. There seems to be little rhyme or reason to who he chats with, although he does talk longer with a couple of the guards, one of the more prominent farmers, and a few beggars than the others. Anyone getting close to the chats hears a bunch of small talk mixed in with some basic inquiries about how they are doing, how they like the new sheriff, and if they plan to attend the upcoming festival.*
