Kendra begins by making a stop at various locations to purchase holywater, bandages, food, blankets, and other various supplies that the farmers will need. The holywater seems of significant importance.
She then makes her way first to Myth Drannor, distributing said supplies to all of the refugees and farmers. After Myth Drannor, she heads to Shadowdale and does the same.
To each of the farmers and refugees, she states the following...
"These supplies and extra coin are from the man known as Azzelas. He wishes to apologize for his actions while he was in the Zhentarim, and he has been aiding as much as possible in the affairs at hand. The coin for the supplies he provided in order to protect you all and wishes you all to remain safe."
She distributes the supplies to all she comes across, making certain that they all at least take the holy water. Any extra coin she has from the endeavor she distributes to the farmers more.
