Spiders in Central

A number of spiders appeared in central Shadowdale. guards and adventures managed to kill all the beasts. One giant spider appeared and was seen using magic before a large group of guards attacked it and managed to kill it. Five guards were slain (thought many more were wounded and some were managed to be raised by adventures). A few commoners were killed when the spiders first appeared.

Jonah makes room for the wounded in the Hospital. He has plenty of anti-venin and potions of restoration, in addition to his normal ample supply of healers kits.

He inquires with any of the Adventurers who were there for details; specifically size of spiders, and a description of them.

Sister Laura follows Jonah's lead, moving a head of those being carried to the hospital to prepare beds and space for the wounded.

A large group of spiders were found in Shadowdale woods. They seemed intent on finding the grove. A small group of adventures easily killed the smaller ones, but the Large "leader" was to strong for the group and they had to retreat. When they returned later with a larger group they managed to kill the beast.

However people are seeing webs around town and as far as the cross roads

A few weeks have passed and no new webs are seen around town. Folk begin talking that the threat has passed. They talk how a number were seen outside of town yet a large group of adventures tracked them down to a place in Harper Hill were a large black spider was killed. They joke that the "Queen of spiders wasn't that bad." It seems this was the end from their point of view.
