Reduced Playtime Soon

Hey all,

This morning I got an offer letter for a job, which means I'll be trying to get an apartment in Florida this week. I officially start the 25th, so I have a little more than a week to move, buy furniture, get ready for the job, etc.

It's mostly a weekday job, with me occasionally working weekends as needed (for overtime) -- which means I will still be seeing you all on weekends. I may just need to get a feel for the job before I'm on much.

Good news is it's not a 60 hour a week job, like most editor jobs in Hollywood. It means I can still have a life outside my job!  

I'm still expecting you to send me over a bowl of ice cream paid by one of those phat, juicy editor paycheck.

Also, good luck! But I still want that bowl of ice cream.

Offensive post with misunderstood joke

Only downside is I need to set up my cable internet when I get to town. Depending on how long they take to do that (I hear it can be bad for this area), I may be without internet for a while.
