The roomkeeper of the Skull was notified of strange noises within room 13, belonging to one Roland Jenson. When the roomkeeper investigates, she will find, at least, destroyed chairs and vomit on the floor, if not cleaned.
(since no DM was on, thought I'd post this here and let you guys run with it)

Sergeant Justin McGregor goes to investigate. He informs the inn-keep that the unruly patron will be fined 5,000 gold to the city of Shadowdale. Failure to comply will result in their immediate ban and/or execution.
