Word spreads quickly amongst the camp of the appearance of the aspect of Lolth and Her proclamation that the Yath will no longer receive Her blessings, as well as the many other events of the cycle.
Later, Yath'tallar Gaussafae Zau'afin, after consulting with a Yochlol, addressed those present in the camp. The heretics May'katcha and Gul Karik are to be hunted relentlessly and killed. Yath'tallar Gaussafae did not want living bodies; she wanted hearts parted from their owners. Gaussafae decreed that anyone; be they rothe, Ilharess, or Yath'tallar, was seen consorting with heretics, then they too were to be considered heretics.
The slave known as Attis suffered attempts by Yath'abbanen Nanga and Ananti'vak, and Mischievious Dabel'kith, to renounce whatever god he followed and submit himself to Malla Lolth. Mischievious held the slave's hand in a burning brazier, while the other drow gathered about placed bets on how long the slave would last. When the fire could not sway him, the Yath'abbanen decided to castrate the slave, who then whispered words of prayer to his god and attacked his torturers.
Late in the cycle, a horde of Babelith spiders attacked the campfire, slaughtering most of the drow there. Some attempted to fight back; others chose to hide by means magical or mundane to avoid striking the sacred creatures. One such drow was Dargoth Zau'Afin, who stood accused of heresy. The camp Ilharess Elina'reuth's rage was apparent as she questioned the fahliel, before ordering the gathered drow to kill Dargoth. Dargoth shapeshifted into a Nightwalker and fled the camp, escaping alive. Others accused of heresy included Ilharess Nil'kah Zau'Afin and Ilharn Xin'salar Zau'afin, though neither were present...
