A note with Golden Eagle symbol

Few carefully tied leaflets are being left here and there across Shadowdale. The crafting hall tables, the Inn, couple in the counter of the auction house. During night time one was even pinned to the boards for all curious eyes to see.

My people of Shadowdale,

Do not listen to this anarchist known as "Darkantyr" what he claims are merely twisted lies. Due to the acts of rebels and adventurers a great king lich's anger has been drawn to our doorstep. While our men were making a diplomatic agreement with the lich (a mere magicless object given to the lich and he would peacefully leave our city) a rebel attacked, invoking the anger of the lich upon the civilians of Shadowdale. Know that these rebels have angered a great force and put the lived of countless of innocents in danger merely because they dont have the brains to comprehend that defeating a lich will merely anger it, not kill it. Know that the fools that put all of your lives in danger are banished from Shadowdale and if they're seen they will be punished.
