That is your problem.. you are getting serviced from a Virgin... you need an ISP that has had some experience. Twisted Evil

Honestly if I could, I would. Unfortunately the only line into the house is a virgin line and they wont accept anything that isnt virgin inet going through it

Virgin lines normally go down in the middle of the night once a month or so for "maintainance".

Used to happen to me all the time.
