A brief letter returns giving permission for the newspaper. She may write her stories and can ask individual soldiers for interviews, if they're willing.

She will be allowed in the barracks now and then if a Vanguard or equivilent, or higher, will allow and accompany her.

All articles must be submitted to the Zhents first for approval before publishing.
