A new female elf with long curly blue hair can be seen wandering the city and refugee camp area. She seems to be exploring and seems a bit reserved from those of non-elven heritage. She speaks elven more frequently than she speaks common. It's unsure if she is just an arrogant prejudice elf or if she's just not used to seeing non-elves. She may have been spotted speaking with Auryne and then after that is seen wandering wearing the cloak of a recruit for the defenders.
