Apologies to Nathzyne, Killian, and Loth

My computer has suddenly decided it hates NWN2's stupid face. My monitor goes out everytime I try to run NWN2, and NWN2 specifically. I'm suspecting there's a graphics driver issue, i'm currently in the process of wrangling with that. In the meantime I don't think i'll be able to play NWN 2. Sorry that it decided to do this right in the middle of RP.

Alright, I think I have it under control now. If I suddenly log off in the middle of RP it's probably this issue rearing it's ugly head again. I have a very high end computer but NWN2 still gives it drama. Go figure. :p

Take a low end machine like I have . Nice to see you back and I hope to catch you for an RP!

I have had this happen twice to me. Both times it was my graphics card over heating.
You can clean out the dust to allow air flow to cool down the graphics card better.
You can add fan to blow on the card.
You can also lower your graphics settings for the game.

all else fails go buy a new graphics card. Ones powerful enough to run a several year old game are very cheap.

Yeah, I sprayed into the case with a can of compressed air on top of mucking with my drivers, that seems to have fixed the issue for now. I just did it the other day so I figured I was good. Unfortunately I can't crack open my case and give it a proper deep cleaning until the warranty runs out or I void it. (Yes, I bought a pre-assembled computer. It was actually cheaper than buying the components seperately considering the goodness I was getting in return. Don't you people judge me! I'm still a geek!)
