Proclamation Regarding the Lathandarite Church and Farms

The Coronal makes and publically announces a Proclamation

"In the difficult times since the Fall of Myth Drannor long ago, the Church of Lathandar provided a nugget of goodness and of light before Our beloved Father retook the City. Much was lost in that attack and the counterattack of the foul demon-allied Sarya.

These lands are the lands of the Tel'Quessir and have been for many thousands of years and We reclaim them. The lands remain Tel'Quessir. But in the light of the beacon of hope that the Temple provided, the use of the lands of the Lathandarite farmers are granted to them in perpetuity without rent as long as it remains in the possession of the Lathandarite farmers and Church.

They agree that they will not expand beyond this area currently held as of the date of this proclamation and they will never harbour evil beings or fall into evil ways.

Other Good Gods may also build shrines on the land near the farms, after negotiation, such as the Shrine of Chauntea was granted.

The farmers and the church are granted the rights to be self governing. The Lathandarites have no actual right of influence or governance over the Quessir and neither do the Quessir over the Lathandarites unless the actions of the Lathandarites impact negatively upon Our City.

In times of war each side may request aid of the other, and shall if possible be granted.

Where requested, Quessir craftsmen and weoponsmiths may aid the Lathandarite warriors and We request but do not require that these weopons and armour are crafted for the same price as for the Quessir.



Further amendments to this Proclamation may take place under negotiation.
