After what she perceived was a threat to her own well-being and a possible danger to the commonfolk of Shadowdale, Mai Aylo could be noted giving a report to the Zhentilar officer outside of the barracks - and to Viera Shadowsong, Swordhand - about a possible raiding party of rebels.

Though she cannot share many details, she knows that Zephyr, a fey-caster of the Lyons family, and several others that are outspoken against the Zhentarim are involved and gathering for an unknown purpose. She asks them to please be ready and guard the commoners so that no one is harmed.
