Rule of Myth Drannor

First of all excuse me for an OOC post and please do not reply here.

I am mentioning again that PCs, new and old (!!) alike should know the IC rules of the places they enter.
In Myth Drannor no Half orc, Half drow, Yuan-ti and no wearing masks unless the council decide it or was told to do so by the keeper.

Please avoid metagaming.
Guard PCs might attack you on sight if you will break these rules knowingly or not.
