A vampire reported in the fire caves near the temple off Kossuth

A human male walks up to the sergeant and reports an incident in the fire caves near the temple off Kossuth.

Me and my friends where just in the fire caves to mine fer some gems when flames where leaping up from the magma lake and suddenly fire elementals appeared. I heard a faint chanting and knew there was a temple to Kossuth nearby.

Then the door from the underdark opened and a child appeared.
He told us that he was lost from the Kossuth temple and hand to be taken there immediately as well as be protected against the fire.

It seemed suspicious that a child from the fire temple needed protection against the fire.
We called out to the clerics and they answered that the child did not belong to them and that we should push the child into the magma lake.

The child showed some pointy teeth and revealed itself to be a vampire. A diplomat for a family of vampires that wanted the priests of Kossuth dead and was going to pay us handsomely if we helped him.
We refused but not having any weapons that could harm a vampire we left and reported this as soon as possible.


The man reporting the incident gives his name as Nathaniel.

Upon hearing of the news Aerys frowns before heading to the barracks to review a number of reports, then heading to the Old Skull as quickly as he can to ensure the priests are not hurt and the shrine is not damaged.
