Two individuals are wanted for their crime of obstruction of justice.
One is an Elven man named Vildur. *A complete description of Vildur Arivaela'ruar follows.*
The other is a woman who's name is unknown to me. *A fairly good description of the red-headed Alatariel Arivaela'ruar follows.*
Any Akh'Velahr who sees them in Myth Drannor or its refugee camp is to lead them to the cells in the barracks and inform me immediately of their detainment.
