Farmers in Need

Vincent enters the Myth Drannor area and begins speaking to those he can trust, spreading word of farmers in need in the Northern dales. He attempts to tell people that Shadowdale and the Zhentarim are willing to bring them as refugees, but he feels they only wish to do so to get more citizens to oppress and feed the armies of Bane. While speaking and informing those of trust within Myth Drannor, he spreads his desire that these refugees deserve a place where they will be taken care of, a place of safety and will know they won't suffer as the people of Shadowdale.

Evan hears of this and agrees and will help whenever necessary.

Valtore overhears Vincent talking to Evan and then informs them both that if they have an issue with the Zhents using the farmers and poor in such a manner then perhaps they should do somthing about it.

They could give money to the Refugee fund (https://dalelandsbeyond.rpg-board.net/t15590-myth-drannor-refugee-fund), or even activly attempt to help the poor and displaced people of Shadowdale travel to the Lathander farms. Maybe even slowly sneaking groups out from under Zhent rule to possibly have a better life. But that would be dangerous. With that Valtore turns and goes to the inn.

He may come off a bit rude, but Valtore is after all just a dwarf.

Auryne would tell Vincent that all refugees wishing to escape the oppression will as always be welcome in Myth Drannor as the Coronal has decreed.

They newly founded fund will be used to build shelters and homes for the needy.
