The Royal seal and the one of the city's council is clearly carved at the top of the impressive board.

Anouncement of the Coronals Council

Kira Ward has been charged and found guilty of the following charges:

Stanza 2, Chorus 7, Assaulting, obstructing, resisting an Akh’velahr in the discharge of their duties.
Guilty. Kira Ward has thrughout the entire investigation been uncooperative with the Akh'velahr, refusing to anwer questions by sworn officers and agents, circulating rumors in order to rally friends and regular fok to aid her, accusing the officers of corruption and maliciousness in the conduct of their duties and othrwise hindering them.
Sentence: 1 Day Prison and a fine of 5000 Gold

Stanza 2, Chorus 10, Offering false evidence, false sworn statement, complaint, or destroying evidence.
Guilty. That the accused did knowingly and wilfully offer up to the Akh'velahr and agents of the Coronal's host false, misleading or contradictory statements in connection with her criminal acts that were countered by multiple witness statements and written statements in connection with the events in question.
Sentence: 1 Day Prison

Stanza 4, Chorus 4, Enslavement of others, buying or selling of slaves
Guilty. Kira Ward offered offered to the Zhentarim Incantioneer Ahri who is an enemy of Myth Drannor a defeated and defensless half elf Keth´ama to slavery and suffering. The criminal act commited by Kira Ward's own admission. These facts have been coraborated in words and writing by at least two witnesses as well.
Sentence: 5 Days Prison and a fine of 15000 gold

Kira Ward is hereby sentenced to 7 Days of Prison and a fine of 20000 gold payable to the Myth Drannor Refugee Fund

Anouncement of the Coronals Council

The Coronals Council has decided to lift the ban of the pact mage Aribeth. She will, from now on again, be allowed to enter the lands ruled by her grace the Coronal of Myth Drannor.

Herald in the Temple

An official letter sent from the Palace to the Temple

A Heral stands at the ramp by the entrance and reads loudly:

By a Royal decree The Coronal of Myth Drannor, her grace Lady Miritar, chooses to grant the Mathor Selmiira full jurisdiction over the temple of the Seldarine.
The Ahk Velhar may replace the Mathor Selmiira in absence of senior members of the Organization.

Her Grace will make her way to the temple herself and discuss the further implications of this order and decision.

The Herald leaves with no other words said.

Nephis and by extension the mercenary Group called "the Elite" were found guilty of the following charges:

1st. Stanza, Offenses against the Coronal, House Miritar and Nobility
Chorus 3, Espionage
Chorus 4, Spying on the Coronal, House Miritar, Nobility, Akh’velahr
Guilty. Nephis and the Elite were hired by the Zhentarim to spy on Myth Drannor and its forces.

Guilty. Nephis has twice failed to appear before the council to answer for the charges brought against him.

Guilty. Nephis and his group were hired by enemies of the City to assasinate at least one Tel´Quessir

As she seems to be on her way of possible redemption, the council will review her case when proof of this not being a ploy to infiltrate the ciy and her soul being free of the taints of evil have been given.

The council hereby decrees that both Tel´Quessir will serve a span of fifteen days of community service in the Temple of the Seldarine, so they will learn to respect the holy place and show more humility in face of the Seldarine. They will care for and clean the temple grounds and assist in other ways the Priests and Guards of the Temple see fit for them.

El´Tael Seaniros Auvreattl has been found guilty of the following charges:

Chorus 5, Assaulting or showing contempt of a Cleric in the Discharge of their Duties
2nd. Stanza, Offenses against the Coronal’s Justice
Chorus 4, Assault or contempt of a Royal Councilor in the discharge of their duties
Guilty. Seaniros was part of the group that started a brawl over some private matters inside the holy temple of the Seldarine. As the High Priest stepped in he was met with sharp words and disrespect.

2nd. Stanza, Offenses against the Coronal’s Justice
Chorus 7, Assaulting, obstructing, resisting an Akh’velahr in the discharge of their duties
Guilty. Seaniros resisted a direct order of a Akh Velahr superior and obstructed his attempt to ensure the city security by escorting a supposed enemy outside.

1st. Stanza, Offenses against the Coronal, House Miritar and Nobility
Chorus 5, Contempt of the Coronal and House Miritar
Guilty. Seaniros disgraced the royal sigil of House Miritar by throwing his Tael cloak, bearing said sigil, into the dirt infront of a high ranking official of the city.

Sentence:
The Council hereby decrees that Seaniros will serve a time of fifteen days in community service, cleaning away rubble in the ruins and construcion site as well as aiding as hand in the process of construction of new homes for the refugees. In addition he will pay a fine of 30000 gold pieces to the Myth Drannor Refugee fund.
He is also released from service in the Akh Velahr.

My beloved citizens of Myth Drannor,
with deep regret do we have to inform you that Lady Linthariel has officially stepped down from the office of Keeper of Myth Drannor for personal reasons.

We deeply regret her decision and wish her the best and wish to express our deepest gratitude for all the work she has done for the betterment of our realm in the past years. She was always a trusted advisor and strong leader in difficult times.

Her deeds will not be forgotten.

Nadin Moonbolt will now succeed her in the position of Keeper from this day on. He has shown the dedication and dignity we expect of a Keeper of our fair realm. He has our deepest trust and is hereby given the command of the Akh´Velahr as well as the Keepers seat on the Coronals Council.

The human known as Mark, has been found guilty of the following charges:

Guilty. Mark insulted and resisted high ranking Akh'Velahr officers repeatedly and in at least one case threatened to attack one.
sentence: 10000gp fine and 6 days of community service.

4th Stanza: Offenses Against the People
Chorus 8, Harassment and Stalking
Guilty. Mark insulted serveral citizens and visitors of the city severly and repeatedly
Sentence: 5000gp fine

Chorus 18, Disturbing the peace
Guilty. His insults, behavior and hostile disregard of the laws of the City of Song is a severe break in the peace of the city.
Sentence: 2500gp fine

The total amount of 17500 Gold pieces is payable to a Akh Velahr official or guard of the City and will be given to the Myth Drannor Refuge Fund.
Once the fine is paid the covicted will do his community service at the shrine of Chauntea in the Lathander Farms. The residing priest will assign them duties to aid them in their work.

The convicted was given the chance to appear before the council and has chosen to forfeit this right.

as all of you are aware, our brave Akh´Velahr Soldiers are involved in a difficult and long war against our ancestal enemies the Dhaerow, who have infested our forests and seek to claim the land wich is rightfully ours, as theirs.
We will not tolerate the presence of the Dhaerow in our woods, whether they pray to the foul and traitorous Spider Queen or her treacherous son. While we speak, the Dhaerow defile our sacred elven court with their presence and dark magic. It is our sacred duty as children of the Creator and Coronal of Arvandor to battle the spawn of the Lady of Spiders wherever we encounter them and drive them from our land.
All Drow are considered enemies of our City and will be treated as such.

My dear and fellow citizens of our fair City of Myth Drannor.

It is with great joy that i can announce the return of my beloved prince consort Fflar Starbrow, who has been absent from our court for more than a year, along with the heroic My´manir Arivaela'ruar and Karovir Allamandar.
Due to their brave deeds and their willingness to take on a great quest on behalf of our People, the Aryvelahr Kerym, the Warblade, the third of the Elfblades, lie now back in the Hands of our People.

Council hearings:
When a charge is raised, the defendant will be informed by the council that his case is discussed by the council. The defendant has then two days to request a hearing before the council. If he doesnt request his hearing within this time, the right will be forfeit unless a Councillor requests a hearing of the defendant.

In case of sentencing someone in his absence, the convicted can request a hearing before the council within two days of the sentence being spoken (for sentences in the Council adjucation only). The sentence will stay in effect until the Council has heard the convicted. A convicted who has had his hearing before the final sentencing, cannot request another hearing after the sentence is spoken.

Should the Coronal give her veto or speak a sentence herself, there will only be a hearing if the Coronal wishes to hear the convicted. As chosen ruler of the Seldarine, her word is law and she stays above the Council
