A young boy with a head of black hair begins running around passing out parchment and calling out about a meeting. The parchment reads exactly what was on the board.

As the young boy runs around, he can be heard saying the following:

"Town meeting today! Spread the word and let your voice be heard! Town meeting! City Hall! Second floor! Town meeting!"

He continues making his rounds, handing out the flyers, announcing the news.
