Mara sits at the Oak with her list.

Alright, have the Ironhouse hall for the ceremony. Valtore is such a wonderful man for showing me where we will stand and where I will be getting ready. *looks around a bit to see if anyone is around then goes back to her list* I need to set a date, this is the hardest thing I have ever done. I'm usually the one performing ceremonies not the other way around. Still need the dress. Still need to talk to Alex. *smiles warmly* I have to ask him a very special request. She goes about writing more and sipping her tea.

Hello Vincent. Actually I haven't sent out any invitations yet but of course you and your lovely wife are invited. Just trying to figure out a date now. This is really hard. *smiles*

We are holding it at the ironhouse halls. So I believe it will be fairly safe. But with it being Tae and I we never know. We have plenty of enemies.

She would nod a bit.

Honestly I don't know what I need. A big swig of whisky? *chuckles* But I would love to have you and Zidanja there. Auryne will be my bridesmaid for the ceremony and anyone that will find out that the Keeper will be there could be problems. *shrugs with a sigh* I can only hope the day goes well and we have no problems.

Evan comes in to the inn for some refreshment and also to see if his friend Valtore is there.

He notices Mara and smiles.
Ho goes it with the preparations?

*Before she answers he goes on, he looks around and talkes with a lower voice just for Mara to hear.*

Me and Tae helped Thomas get his wedding ring back from the north ridge bandits the other day. Naturally I congratulated him on yer wedding plans. He was glad but mentioned something about unfinished business in Coldwood before the wedding plans can proceed. Ye might want to talk that trough before ye set a date. Not that its my business at all and I wont mention it again, just trying to help and all.

Yes I know of the unfinished business. I'm hoping to leave for Coldwood in the next few days. If Tar agrees with that.

After Evan leaves and a bit late in the evening Valtore finds her in the inn..

"I hired the bard fur the celebration. An elven lass named Leire, she's highly recommended by one of the Cormrians. She should do fine. As soon as we get a date set that is." He smirk at her playfully.

A meticulously written note is delivered to Mara:

Greetings, High Priestess Mara,

I overheard about your wedding the other day and that you are looking to procure a flaming red wedding dress in Waterdeep but did not have the time to see to it.

May I humbly offer to assist you with this important task? Before arriving in the Dales, I spent twenty years in Waterdeep in the Temple of Lathander. The Morning Spires there are one of the largest in the Realms and certainly well connected with the local artisans. I recall how the glorious ceremonial robes of our clergy and abbots were painstakingly made by the very best tailors in Waterdeep's north district.

Let me know if this is agreeable with you. I could also make a journey to Waterdeep on your behalf if need be (just let me have your precise specifications for the dress). I always remember with much gratitude your generous donations to the rebuilding of the Lathander orphanage. I hope to return the favor and be a blessing in whatever ways possible in your forthcoming wedding.

I thank you for the offer but I would actually like to find a dress of white with red accents. I'm not sure if this would be possible or not. Any help is appreciated.

A fine wedding dress of white with red accents is most certainly possible. I have full confidence that the Waterdhavian tailors whom the Morning Spires work with will be able to deliver this.

Have you decided on a wedding date yet?

If you do decide to commission the Waterdhavian tailors to make your dress, we will need some lead time for the journey to-and-fro as well as the actual making of the dress itself.

Auryne would burst into Maras room one day with some other elven maids all carrying large bundles of clothing of various designs.

"Dress selection time!" she would exclaim with a wide grin.

The elven maids would carefully lay out a large selection of various wedding gowns for Mara to see.

Looks at Auryne with a smile and starts looking through the dresses for one that might be white with red accents.


Oh Auryne they are all so beautiful. I do hope I find one that it perfect for me.. Has a look of unknowing.

"Oh we will find the right one for you and you will be the Most beautiful bride the dales have ever seen! We could also ask the abbot to send for some samples from Waterdeep even. If they can deliver fast enough.." she smiles warmly at Mara and goes through the selection with her
