Arjay requests permission to access the chamber of echoes of the present and past as needed. Until such permission is given, he sets himself in free moments to researching in the main library. He consults his journals, looking for tales of dracoliches in the past, particularly those that commanded hoardes of powerful undead, then cross-referencing them with accounts from the library. He looks for any discussion of methods used to defeat and destroy them, be it a certain type of trap, weapon, spell or tactic. Although he doesn't expect as much result, he also searches for means of detecting their phylactery, either by scrying or deduction.

The Librarian would greet him and would mention that she recognize him from time past.

She would tell him that in order to gain access to the inner vault he would require a permit form the Council and that he should address one of the councillors.

She still offers him some help though and asks him to return within few days so she could give him a better answer after researching further herself for some books.

Nadin would meet Arjay in the library,a nd greet politely him and the librarian, as he was researching about 'all that can be find about tell'quessir and relevant confront with black dragons, as he believes this can be some old gruesome vendetta.'

- You know if the dracolich resembles a black dragon? If not I still believe this can be some dragon from our past, maybe old Myth. I've been researching about this for a few days.

Arjay doubtlessly ran into Chanticleer, digging through the darker corners of the Hall of Echoes, mumbling about witches.

Arjay would tell Nadin that they weren't able to determine the former color of the dracolich, but the dragon that had been attending it before they slew it had been a black dragon.

Further, he would thank the librarian greatly for her help, and after looking for a few hours on these subjects and others related, he would leave, promising to return, hopefully with leave to enter the Halls of Echoes for further research.

Valtore heads into the Library grumbling about Demon Lords...he goes to the restricted section of the library and lets himself in. He is looking for information on the Lord of the First Pazuzu, and Labashtu Mother of Monsters. He trys to focus on what creatures worship the later.

Having been granted a key to the restricted section, Arjay returns and, after checking with the librarian and thanking her for whatever she might have found, would head into the Chamber of Echoes to delve further. ((Pms being sent to the relevant DMs))

In fact there is one very important thing. I know you are a good researcher too, but Arjay is researching as well. There are places we cant go, and maybe you could discover more in these. For example the kobold warrens, kobolds are know dragon servants. We are looking for clues about The chult of the dragon in the region, and the dragons that attacked us recently, specially the enormous Dracolich.
