He has some interest in know their combat tactics, their abilities and how they are able to cast spells while fighting.

The librarian would smile at Corb knowing him well by now.

"There are some works on those who practice the art of Bladesong. A live for the people penned by the famed historian Ethendriel Larthiir, detailing the life of Josidiah Starym the most famous Ar´tel´Quessir to wield the Bladesong. And also the work Spell, Blade and Song written by Raren Mithrin a very renowned Bladesinger himself, might be of interest to you.
I am afraid you will not find any details and rituals though as those who practice the Bladesong keep their techniques a close guarded secret.
I would adivse to seek our your superior in the Akh´Faern, Spell Captain Moonbolt one of the most respectable kin i have ever met. He could tell you a lot more i assume."

She would then lead him to the section where he would find the books.

Nadin would attend Corb not much later.

- So you're interested in learn the way of the bladesong Corb? Well, I currently have no aprentice... but you realize the art is not merely martial right? It is a millenia tradition, having an important philosophy and vows, but I suppose you fit the necessary spirit to deserve be taught. If you want to learn and lack a master, I can teach you, but first tell me why you want to learn. *The elf talks and grins politely in a friendly manner waiting for the mathor answer.*

Corb answers politely

"Captain Nadin,

I know that isn't a simply martial art, and that the way to be a master will be hard. I started training the martial art because it's needed, I just choosed to be my first part of training because I could training alone.

When I wanted to join the Akh'Velahr I don't knew all my duties as a member, but I wanted and continue wanting protect my people.

I believe that learning the millennial tradition of bladesong I'll be helping to keep our traditions alive. I realy don't know much about this way, the books tell a bit about the tradition, but if you teach me I'll do my best to honor the tradition."

*The sun elf smiles pleased and nods politely*

- I would expect nothing less from you Corb. I honestly think you have the spirit to be a full bladesinger, and this is more than a better half of the necessary. Few books are writen concerning praticioners of the bladesong and their tecquiniques indeed, cause those who came before us decided this way, so mostly are concerning the history of those who showed the greater proeminence to the task, even if this was mostly not their intention for certain. We have no school too, some organize in small lodges to prepare new aprentices, but many still learn from a single master who decides to accept an aprentice.
My family for tradition is made of bladesingers, as my mother is, and my grandmother was, our weapon of choice is the longsword, it represents Sahadrian, the sword of Corellon Larethian, but our matron is Sehanine Moonbow, to whom we dedicate our art of magic. But as the greater majority of elves I was trained too in the use of the rapier, so this will not be a problem, the basics of the defensive stance and attacking maneuvers don't differ enough that I'm not able to adjust your stances and show to you how to swing the rapier so fast and efficiently that it will sing to you the melodies of the bladesong when it cuts the air with noisy whistles. I already saw you in camp, and you have enough martial training to learn, and you're a very competent mage already, this will make things more simple, otherwise we would need one century of study most probably *smiles politely*.

*After a long time training and taking some lessons with Nadin, Corb went to see the Spell Captain.*

"I was thinking better about my decision in turn a bladesinger. I don't have abilities to combat and i think that will be better to me invest my time looking for the high secrets of the arcane arts.

I'll look for Aerul in the arcane academy and ask for some help.

I'm so thankful for you trust me as your apprentice, but my inabilities with martial arts makes impossible to continue my training."

*Nadin grins politely and nods*

- You have some talent Corb, don't underestimate yourself... but I believe you excell in spellcasting, and I trust your judgement. Sometimes we have to try, otherwise we would never be able to know. Anyway if in future you wish to train a bit more martial arts, feel free to talk with me. I hope you find the answers you seek Faern, it was good to be your master for some time, now go ahead and find a better suited master mathor Corb.
