Camp outside of the Ironhouse Mines Empty
PostSubject: Camp outside of the Ironhouse Mines   Camp outside of the Ironhouse Mines EmptyWed Nov 14, 2012 4:42 am

The fire flick through the air as the quiet night surrounds it, the smoke raising up into the sky. The young elven male is seated down on the ground with his legs crossed in front of him. His eyes latch on onto the clearing watching and waiting not even moving from the spot he stood. The bedroll covers the ground under him as his bag lays next to him open filled with berries, fruit and some nuts inside. His face stern and serious as his focus stays onto the clearing. His hands rest ontop of his blade waiting for his "prey".

The camp only have a single tent behind him but he would welcome others to stay if they wish. If anyone asks him what he is waiting for he clearly states that Morrigan is housing drow and he is waiting for them to appear so he may swiftly slay them. Anyone trying to stop him diplomatically will only meat failure and a speech about the lessons of Tel'Seldarine. He also states that anyone who defends the drow will meet the bad side of him including the rebellion who was stated to defend the drow.

This elf seems serious in his work and word.

Cael would approach Seaniros calmly, and upon learning of his mission, would nod solemnly and move to stand beside him. He would then pull out a small satchel from his quiver, and draw out a single, black-feathered, arrow. His alert eyes constantly scan the environs as he nocks the arrow with a practiced hand, then lowers the bow into a more relaxed and patient, though ever-ready, stance... simply waiting.

"I don't even think they know. Morrigan is claiming that if we attack the drow we must face the rebellion and the dwarves. I didn't even know myself, it's drow that are mixed with human it seems so their skin comes out a deep brown than the usual charcoal skin but the taint is still there due to their silver hair"

[OOC]

Indeed, it seems we were not aware of that. I'm waiting for clarification, and when I have it I will edit this post with the Ironhouse Clan's stance on protecting Drows or Half-drows.

Quick note: the Clan does not usually protect Drow or Half-drows -- we execute them on the spot. To my knowledge, only two people of these races were accepted in the Halls -- both Eilistraens. And it was because they proved their loyalty to the Clan. Of course, these two characters are not active anymore due to the Eilistraens rule.

{OOC}:: It's fine no need to worry about it. We are dealing with it ICly [Well Sean is that is] if you wish to use this situation as a way to find out then it's fine Very Happy Nothing against the dwarves mind you.

He gets up from the spot quickly moving around Rimwood gathering more natural food [Fruits and such] for the new arrivals. He also gathers more sticks and logs for the firecamp returning briefly to add more to the fire so it may keep going. He offers some to the other two leaving his bag open letting them take as much as they need. He slides out a knife and begins to cut thin strips of meat from the boar. He lays them out above the fire letting them dry up.

Still sore and tired from his last ordeal, Ardylan makes his way from the Royal Oak, down the road toward the Ironhouse mines.

Walking with a blanket wrapped around him like an over-sized cloak and hood, blade in one hand and a basket in the other, he finds where Seaniros has set up camp. Setting the basket - full of various foods and snacks - at his feet, Ardylan takes a seat on the ground and makes himself comfortable.

Even if he can't really fight yet, he can certainly keep watch and keep Seaniros company.

"Ardylan to the rescue?"

He looks over the basket with a nod, then he points over to the empty tent behind him with his right thumb.

"If you wish to rest then you can lay down in there and stick your head out when you wish. . . .almost like a turtle."

He turns the boar meat over letting the other side dry off with the heat of the fire noting the increasing presence.

well, I think I will go have a talk with the dwarves.

but the truth is that I did no hesitate to kill the last drow I found down there and I will no hesitate if I find one down there now.

if the dwarves want to attack me for killing drow then they can do so if they choose.

"I respect their laws, hence why I did not go into a slaying spree inside but when I do start attacking I'm going through no matter who stands in my way"

He appears rather ticked off during his words, he takes his sword[s] and unsheathes it only a bit taking a good look at the edge before pushing it back into the scabbard.

I don't respect anyone that would try to protect a drow and hide behind laws to do it. *shrugs*

From a Hill afar the camp is observed by an Elven lady dressed in blue robes and a blue hood, pulled down to mask her facial appearance. For a moment she cants her head, and her deep blue eyes seem to sadden a bit. So much reckless hate."

She wanders off, back to the Lyons Forest, with a loaf of bread under her arm, and a Basket with some baking ingredients.

((there are only 1 or 2 surface drow left.. one of them nowhere near the dwarven mines, so dont see how they can become 1000s all of the sudden =) Or fighting the dwarfs.. Unless you mean npc's. =)

After a while, Seaniros comes out of the cave. He slides out his blade and he raises it up towards the sky as if victory joined them

"Fellow Kin and Dhaerow-Slayers! It's be confirmed that the Dwarves will not protect this disgusting Dhaerow, do not send them your hate! There will be no rebellion after us nor armies of Dwarves. It was a mere bluff and overacting of "rank"! The Dhaerow Lover goes into trial and we got the go for us to hunt the Dhaerow without worry! Raise your blade and tonight we shall hunt down the taint of the traitors of Corellon! To arms!"

He lets out a loud statement towards the people at the camp, before he slides out pieces of parchment drawing out a rough sketch of "Bel" and handing it out towards everyone including extra copies.

"Spread the word, gather your friends, the hunt is on. Strike when seen, show no mercy!"
