Decrees Concerning Undesirable and Potential Disloyal Behaviors

From now on the necessary measures to prohibit heresy, disloyalty, uprising and betrayal will be taken. The spies of the enemies of Drow are among us. The heretics and the traitors are in our midst. These inferior rats will answer for their crimes against the glorious Drowkind. The long and intense interrogations and researches have led us to certain important and critical points. It has been revealed that we most likely have traitors among us. These traitors are not halfbloods or other inferior subraces. These are full blooded Drows! Such pitiful betrayers will feel the wrath of Lolth and her chosen people upon them! Such traitors are of course by nature also heretics for Drowkind and The Faith are not even two entwined things but the one and the same. Verily, a polluted stream is heretic. One must be a sea to be able to receive a polluted stream without becoming unclean. These polluted streams of heresy are attempting to pollute our glorious and beautiful society. But they will not success! The Decrees of the Yath won't allow such thing to happen! Never! But there are also ones that are nearly corrupted and polluted by those heretics, those vile rats! I say to them, do not let yourself to be fallen, do not let the pollution get inside of you. Among those "lost" ones who are of any concern to me I wish suffering, desolation, sickness, ill-treatment, indignities — I wish that they should not remain unfamiliar with profound self-contempt, the torture of self-mistrust, the wretchedness of the vanquished: I have no pity for them, because I wish them the only thing that can prove today whether one is worth anything or not — that one endures. Spider Queen has chosen you and you have a mission to serve her! You will look inside of you and you will only see the Lolth, Our Dark Mother and you will only serve her! And you will think on how to serve her better, each cycle, every cycle.

What is good? — All that heightens the feeling of power, the will to power, power itself in drow and the faith in Lolth.
What is bad? — All that proceeds from weakness, heresy and disbelief.
What is happiness? — The feeling that power increases — that a resistance is overcome and the cleansing of a polluted stream and washing it by the ocean of Lolth's faith!

"Whence come the highest mountains?" I once asked when I was just a young yath'abban in the service of our Dark Mother. Then I learned that they came out of the sea. The evidence is written in their rocks and in the walls of their peaks. It is out of the deepest depth that the highest must come to its height. And such as mountains, the Drow of our camp will rise to its height and claim their rightful place! It has been too long our society have tolerated to the weak, needy and the lazy. Lazy drow with massive power and wealth granted to them by Lolth. They have failed to use those means to realise Lolth's will and the end of their time is at hand. The weak and ill-constituted shall perish: first principle of our philanthropy. And one shall help them to do so.

On the twenty third of the Uktar, just a few cycles ago a Handmaiden honoured us with her presence. She whispered us the way to the Fallen City and the way to the ascension of the Drow! The Spider Queen, our Dark Mother favoured her humble servant and she will lead Drow to glory! Once the measures have taken nothing will be able to stop the Reconquest. Put your faith in Lolth and put your faith in her insturment to lead you to victory!

It is known that some rothen, halfblood rothen has escaped from our camp to inform their real masters on our ways and to finish their undercover jobs as spies of the elves, dwarves and the rest of the enemies of the Drowkind. Those escapees are not going to live long in this world...but the ones who helped them escape and collaborated with the spies of our enemies will be punished severly and quickly. There is no mercy against heresy. Getting rid of heretics and traitors is no easy job. The camp is filled with weak, lazy, heretics and spies. The beginnings will not be easy; they shall be extremely difficult. But we will achieve victory by putting our faith in Lolth and her insturment.

As for the first decree to get rid of such enemies of Drowkind the following names have been branded as undesirables and they are to be caught and bringed before the Lolth's insturment and Yath. They are no way to be harmed and to be protected for the interrogation.

The Yath'abban Feanora Dabel'kith has been ambushed by the treacherous half-blood Xune. That one-eyed rat is now considered as a fugitive and she is to be captured on sight and brought to the Yath to answer for her crimes against Drowkind. A rivvil also got captured during the search for the mixed-whore. The rivvil has been gifted to the promising Yath'abban May'thrae Baen'und. A letter has been found on the half-brained rivvil and it tells of something called a "travel agency". It seems a group of rivvin are organising trips to the Underdark. There are yath'abbans working on this.

First cycle of Nightal, 1377 the Year of the Haunting, Decree number three,

Behold the dagger of the Spider Queen will descend suddenly and quickly upon the world!

There has been several unfortunate events in the last a few cycle. We have even saw some of the so-called faithful of the Spider Queen to act and behave in heretic ways. We counsel them to return to the Spider Queen, to live after the manner of a proper Drow, to repent the past, and recur to piety. Otherwise, We make known to them that severe chastisement awaits you, and that you shall be scourged in your substance, your flesh, and your kindred. Likewise We announce to you that your life is near its end; that if you obey not Lolth's words, you will go to the hellish place She reserved for you, and this decree will be brought up against you before the judgment-seat of Dark Mother, and leave you no way of escape.

Sometimes even the revered members of the Yath may err, and that in two ways, either because they are erroneously informed, or from heresy. As to the latter cause we leave that to the judgment of Lolth, and believe rather that they have been misinformed. In our own case We can prove that just a very few has been falsely persuaded. Therefore any one who wishes from Us not to preach these doctrines is fighting against the Yath of Lolth, and supporting the believes of Vhaerun and Eilistraee or even Banshee herself, and is herself a heretic, and deserves to be excluded from the Lolthite community either by death or exile.

This cycle there has been a "development". A group has witnessed an event that probably has ties to the Shadow portals that block our ways in many places, including the way to the long lost Outpost. Our journey to the Shadowplane itself a few tendays ago and the current events suggests that there is an enemy working against Our will. We are the hailstorm that shall break the heads of those who do not take shelter. We shall destroy them and eradicate their kind. A vile creature has been summoned for unknown reasons, possibly to damage the Yath and our efforts. Our answer to this ordeal will be swift and ruthless. Let it be known that noone can wage battle against Lolth and Her Yath and stay alive for long!

Fourth cycle of Nigthal, 1377 the Year of the Haunting, Decree number four,

The Ascension of Ilharess Taleshia Dabel'kith and the true Drowkind with her. To Victory and Glory in the name of Lolth!

We believe that we know something about the things themselves when we speak of spiders, webs, darkness, and chaos; and yet we possess nothing but metaphors for things — metaphors which correspond in no way to the original entities.The outcome of such entities must be useful for the beautiful superiour race of ours. If such orders or duties starts to become harmful to the collective success or even survival of the Drow then they must be adjusted or be destroyed. What does your faith say? "You shall become the person you are." And you are the ruler, the leader, the mistress of the world and all the inferiors. Then you shall become that! The Ilharess Taleshia Dabel'kith has the will to follow the true teachings of the Spider Queen and Yath. The Ilharess herself is burning with religious passion. She feels deeply and she is an Ilyhtri of deep devotion. She has the eye of the mystic and sees beneath the external and ritual to the inner movements of spiritual power. All those who listen to her shall pass on her words to others and those to others again; and may the last ones understand her words better than those who listen to her directly. She will expel the Vhaerunites and Eilistreens from the Underdales and will not leave any but Lolthite. May her reign be long and glorious!

A long lost scroll has been found. We have been trying to decipher and translate it to our current language for a long time now. It is indeed the Will of Lolth that Ilharess' Ascension and the completion of this work are on the same cycle. The Ilythri shall once again be led by one great Ilharess, as We have preached and have found followers, to glory, victory and world domination. Not only this world, but as Ilharess Taleshia said, of ALL worlds and planes! The Empress of the Drow shall become the title for the leading Ilharess of our kind and that title is a monarch of Lolth's creation, and the reptiles of the earth dare not oppose it. She renders an account of her government to none save Lolth.
