The blonde woman by the name Elektra *a short description follows* is a devil-pact mage and probably an ally of the Zhentarim.

I suggest you be on your guard and treat her just as you would treat a Zhent.
She defended a Zhent with her own body, helped him escape, and she was willing to spill her own blood to protect him.

She did as much as turn into an erinyes and fought me using eldritch magic, and she was the one to strike first.
She had her chance to leave, yet she tried to bring me down.
Her body was stolen - most likely by a Zhent, so she may return.

*morrigan tears off the note and goes back to have a lenghty discussion with Elektra*

*Seeing that the note is missing, Taeron pins up a new one. He also pays a good sum to one of the aquatic elves to keep an eye on it and give him a description (or a name) of whoever takes it down this time*

Nadin Moonbolt check the note and remove it, he then talks with Tahandor and any aquatic elves present confirming the identity of the signature, and adds to them:

- Tell him upon his return that this was brought to the Akh'Velahr, and he is welcome to add anything more to us if feel the need. You can add it was me who took the note, and thank for the important information.

The spell captain then turns and goes straight to the Akh'Velahr barracks.

When he is turning and get adressed by the aquatic elf he grins politely and bows in the usual ar'tel'quessir manner.

About you and Tahandor, until second order Elektra is not allowed to enter the city, so said the Spell Captain of the Akh'Faern Nadin Moonbolt, and Morrigan even if not prohibited to pass at will the river waters, should be looked careful, this is my advice in the matter.

He adds with a polite grin then picks a parchment and copies the note pinning in place of Taeron's one, and adding bellow:

Karovir walks up to the aquatic elf guard with a bucket of water for him/her and says: "You read the note? Good. If you see this warlock trying to come here send her away. If she refuses to leave, kill her. The same counts for any other pact mage you see who got no permission to come here." He says the last part of the sentence in an odd tone.

The Aquatic elves of the Kel'Poral clan seems to out and back inside to the water constantly. It seems they are constantly wet.
