Odd behavior in the barracks

*Lilly rocks slightly to and fro as she stares at the wall opposite of her cell. Without glancing down she retrieves a folded up parchment from her journal and opens it. Slowly with the tempo of her swaying body she starts to tear pieces of the stickfigure drawing tossing the scraps to the side. Once her task is completed she suddenly stands and launches herself towards the door to the cell. Gripping the bars she violently yanks at them over and over as she screams as loudly as she can. Abruptly the screams cease and are followed by bouts of hysterical laughter. To any guards that may approach her she would focus her crazed eyes on them with a wicked grin. In barely a whisper she would reply in infernal...*


"Ra 'ymm vyrj ´k omm."

It wont work you know." Says a voice in the next Cell.

if she looks she would see, a long lost face, Silost the Missing Templar in one of the cells, and looking like he was doing well for himself, having been allowed a few books, he was still in good shape, powerfully built, his cool icey blue eyes just as piecing as there were when he wore his Templars uniform, now she would see him in simple brown leather trousers and a white cotten top on., his long blonde hair freely flowing down his back, standing up the handsome Templar would walk over to his door and smile. "Been awhile kid, glad to see your still well, but as I said, resisting here, trying to escape, wont work, your best bet, is to listen to what they say, remember, though knowledge comes power no? that is what we were taught, try listening to them, you may just be surprised by just what you learn from them, and about yourself.

Silost would say in that handsome voice of his before going to lay down on his bunk.

*Still clinging to the bars, Lilly jumps,startled by the voice. She takes a few deep breaths trying to calm herself as she turns to look at him. Confusion glances over her face as if the handsome man was familiar but it is quickly replaced terror. Her body quakes in fear as her shaky voice tries to reply*

"Are.....Are you here? Is your voice...Are you the other voice?"

*she quickly walks over to the corner of her cell gripping each bar as she moves for support. She turns her head pushing it hard against the bars straining to see more of him*

"You said...they....Are they the ones who brought you here? I knew they all were!"

*panic begins to thread it's icy fingers around Lilly´s heart making it harder to breath. As if jolted with electricity she flies to the other side of the cell. Her voice raises with each word now*

"Protection! The bastards brought you straight to me! I won't go with you! I will die before carrying your offspring! Damn your followers!"

*turning to the bars she begins yanking on them again screaming even more loudly then before*

"Don't let him take me!"

*slowly her hands slide down the bars as her body falls to the ground. She wraps her arms around her knees hugging them close to her chest. Her eyes begin to burn having not been able to blink. Her lashes flutter spilling tears down her cheeks. Her voice goes back to soft but is pleading.*

"Please, don't take me. I don't even know why you want me. I don't want demon spawns. If you want him back I can find the stone. You can have the mask...please just...."

*Lilly springs from the corner back to the other side excitement and relief in her voice*

"You are not him! No, no you can't! You are handsome but she described a giant. No, no not giant but you are not him! You are far to short. Unless...Unless you play tricks. No, you would not need tricks would you!"

*hysterical laughter would burst through the cells once again as Lilly looks over her shoulder into her cell smiling at nothing*

"See Izzy! He is not him. Not the voice!"

After hearing of all the racket Celovar walks down the bridge from the treetops and looks really annoyed as if someone woke him up to come and deal with the issue.

"What in the blue hell are you doing? Stop screaming, if you want some food just ask dammit!"

*Lilly's head jerks up at the sound of Celovar's voice. She looks back to the spot speaking to nothing first*

"No,no,no Izzy! If the other man was to short then he surely isn't him. He's an elf!"

*her head tilts back up her voice chaotic*

"That doesn't mean your not one of them though RIGHT! OR!....You KNEW he was coming and that's the reason for your trickery! Bastard! Your all sneaky slimy bastards!"

*her head shoots to the side as she speaks to the nothing in a heated tone*

"No, no, Izzy...I won't let them use you too. ....I know it's dark. I will keep you safe from them"

Cel, if you need some help with her, you just need to ask, I belivae I will have more luck getting though to her." Silost would say before slowly standing up and walking towards his cell door and looking out, directly at Lilly. "Novice Lilly, listen, to my voice, there is only, MY voice, you WILL, calm down, you, WILL, breath deepy, collect yourself, look around you, and realise, you are only in a room, a rather comfortable room, no one, can hurt you in here, no demons can enter here, and even if they did, do you think I would allow them to harm you girl? No, now be a good girl, and obey, breath, think, and clam yourself. take comfort in my voice, in my pressence." he says, trying to calm her in his own special way, he would also release his aura of LAW, her mind beginning more shielded, agienst chaos and spells and effects that would attempt to controll her...

Nadin was studying at his office when the maddened screams started, at some point he decides that was enough and finish study a few spells before move to the cell, watching the scene he decides to stop.

- Celovar, I just prepared some spells to try calm the woman... I know not her circunstances, but I can attempt to cease external influences and clarify her mind.

Looks to her.

- Who is her, zhentarin besides her obvious involvent with dark magic?

Silost would look to Nadin and smile. "Always eager to help." he said with a honest smile and respect in his eyes. "Although, in this case might I recomend you employ magics that makes her more open to questioning, it is more direct to reolve her torment by investiating the root cause of it... although.... I do have a suspsiion... if you need help in this, ask I belive out of us three, I am the most expirence with... encounters like this, given my past. I am here if you need me, just ask.

Auryne would watch the behaviour of Lilly from a Ropebridge not interfering at the moment.
She will make sure however all prisoners are cared for and receive the best food.

After she observed Lilly for some time she would go the AV library to research the Nine Hells and its pacts.

Nadin looks at Silosti and the books, nodding politely.

- You're still learning, good to see. Unfortunately to help is a way that requires both sides dedication, if one fails the process can't reach success, thanks for your offer Silosti, It's apreciated...

The elf than focus his atention to the girl, his expresson somehow cold and almost emotionless.

- Pact mage... unfortunatelly there is not much I can do, as I understand less of this kind of arcane power than I do about divine magic. The lady Keeper knows much more about, I'll report and let her aware, if she requires my services I'll of course be avaiable. I will let her aware of your offer too Silosti. Even if I'm certain my spells can work to calm her... I trust your judgement that maybe this is not the best approach, as I said, pact magic isn't my area.

Nadin thinks for a while and shrugs lightly.

- The type of pawn our enemies apreciate... they brought madness to these lands that comes even near to what the deamonfey did. Now, excuse me.

The bladesinger nods politely to Celovar and Silosti before depart back to his office.

Celovar would not back to Nadin before speaking to Lily/Sera again.

"Sera, what the hells are you talking about? An elf? I thought we were on a first name basis....more importantly who the hell is Izzy?"

Celovar then proceeds to ask the guards if anyone has entered and uses a wand of see invisibility, just in case.

Silost nods softly.

"I understand, but still, and to my now shame, I do have alot more knowing and lore on the hells and those that.. enslave, themselves. If I can be of any help I will, one thing I can give is this, The Knights of the Chalice have exclusive lore and skills in cases like this, perhaps sending a rider out to them for aid?"

*Lilly's eyes would burn with fire as she glares at Silost*

"Good girl? Obey? You can not possibly be speaking to me. And if you think he needs to come here then you are a fool!"

*her eyes would snap to Nadin then her voice raising as anger courses through her veins*

"I have a name sir and it is NOT pact mage. It is....

*she pauses as her eyes look back to Silost for a moment then back to Nadin*

"Incantationer Lilly Blake of the Freestaves."

*she blinks a few times looking at Celovar then to the nothingness behind her shaking her head*

"NO, no...No. That's not right is it Celovar? I told you about Izzy I thought....My sister Isabella. Izzy, this is the one who brought us to the darkness and left us to rot. Yes, Izzy he must be one of them as well. If his Lord gets me we will find a way to bring him justice."

*she blinks a few more times as she pulls her hair and looks up to Nadin with eyes that say she understands if just briefly*

"My name is Sera sir, Sera Blake. My pact has nothing....."

*her head jerks to look behind her and she nods sitting down on the ground*

"Your right Izzy. They are worse. They don't know though. They don't know what he is like......I don't even know. But if he is worse then....No,no No! I won't go! The Black Hand will help."

*Lilly reaches for the necklace but realizes it is not there. She whips her head around to look at Celovar. She stares at him blankly for a long moment before she begins to recognize him. She crawls to the cot and lays wrapped in a ball and begins sobbing*

"Oi berk! Shut your damned mouth already, some people are just trying to sit in peace here! Besides, everyone knows the quickest way to deal with that lot is sticking a sword through them."

Elena grumbled after her sudden outburst from a nearby cell, then slumped back down and said no more.

*Lilly sits back up and begins to rock back and forth again. Maddening laughter starts at the back of her throat until it's almost as loud as her screams*

"RA 'YMM VYRJ ´K OMM!"

While Nadin is making his leave he stops as the others speak, not even turning he speaks politely, and in his mage ways somehow cold and practical. Those who doesn't know him better would judge he has not much interest in the matters.

- I will remenber your suggestions Silosti, be certain the lady Keeper will be alerted, thanks.

Pausing a bit he continues.

- Don't try to fight the antimagic wards, you will only exhaust yourself and make this an unecessary disconfort experience. You remenber something, even names, this is a good sign regarding your sanity.

Finally he leaves, not able to hear what others.

Silost frowns. "was anything taken from her, like a trinket, a ring, necklance, odd childhood like object? anything that was out of the norm....?"

*bursts into another fit of laughter as if what Nadin said was the funniest thing she has ever heard*

"Of course I remember names you idiot! What are all your soldiers so dumb they need name tags to remember who they are? I know who I am! And I am completely sane! It is all of you who are crazy if you think he needs magic! Fools......Yes,yes Izzy I know it is dark. Of course you can play with my hair if that will help."

*Lilly turns on the cot so her back is to the middle of the room while reaching up to pull the tie from her long blonde hair letting it fall down her back. She begins to hum and move her head back and forth as if someone were truly running their fingers through her hair*

"I love you so much Izzy. I am so sorry I killed you. Do you forgive me? Yes, yes it was my fault. Don't worry Izzy...I won't let them take you to the darkness. Yes it is dark here but not....Izzy! Don't interrupt! Mother taught you better then that. No, Aric isn't here. He left us too. He was probably one of them too."

"I recall, but your behavior is maddening. I did not leave you to rot, I have been trying to work on out conditions to get you released so that you can become a farmer as you were when you were a child. Nothing is going to get you in your cell and you need to calm down. I did not bust my ass and risk my life for you to go insane in the cells. Your sister is dead, we lose the ones we love we cannot change it."

He pauses a moment looking her over from going to sobbing to laughing in a short amount of time.

"Stop being a bitch, you know I am trying. We discussed this all before....who left you? "

*Lilly stares at Celovar a look on her face would tell all that she thinks he is completely absurd. She reaches behind her to stop the non existent hand from playing with her hair before speaking calmly*

"Of course she is dead. She has been for years. Why do you all keep mentioning my sanity? I told you, I am completely sane."

*she looks over her shoulder and speaks to no one*

"See Izzy....even if they really did want to help they are all barking mad"

*she calmly looks back up to Celovar while motioning to the non existent person to continue playing with her hair. Her head begins to move again before she speaks*

"I can't be a farmer elf. I watched the farm burn down. It does not exist anymore. As for who left? They all did of course. Lorich, Ian, Kalthanar, Jared, Roman, Andeman, Sandra,even that malarite, Grimm, Three, Arhi, Jack, Eitenne, Bainyrr and Zaburra.....No, no that's not right....they didn't leave I did....Auntie, Izzy, My parents, my master, Aric....all gone! Poof! Ouch! Izzy, not so hard!"

*she glares over her shoulder for a moment before looking back up*

"The only one who hasn't left, the only one who I want to leave won't. You are all foolish if you think he can't get me. She said as much and so did that pompous ass that disappeared. Even Zaburra said he would not be able to fight him."

Ignoring all other comments Celovar immediately moves tot he slight blow to his ego.

"I dont care what Zaburra said. The Mythal is operational and so that demon or devil hunting you cannot enter the city due to its property. And if he did somehow manage to get in I would kill it. Zaburra is not such a good fighter as I am."

*bursts out laughing*

"You? You think that you could kill the demon Lord? All by yourself? Your an even greater fool then the rest of them! As for the Mythal...what good would that be?"

*pushes the invisible hand away as if annoyed and stares at the wall*

*frowns watching Celovar leave*

"Yes, leave like all the rest."

*Lilly sighs looking to the middle of the cell*

"Oh Izzy, I wish Vent was here."

*Lilly walks to the end of the room and tries to get Silost's attention*

"Hello? Are you still there handsome? How did you know who I am?"

"I am going to look for someone, your in a bad mood anyway."

He says as he departs.
