After the battle

A few hours after the rescued children, the prisoner and the rebels returned to Myth Drannor Karovir reaches the city as well. A tired look in his face shows that he probably had to use more of his powers than he intended to. His armor was covered with blood and he was pulling a few last arrowheads out of his armor.
After a short rest and meditation he goes to look for the rescued children. He would tend to any wounds they might still have, count how many were rescued and look out for one particular boy called Dillon.

Karovir would try to tend to any of the burns if they can be healed and tell some story if the children are interested basically to calm them down and make them feel welcome. After that he makes his way to the Akh'Velahr barracks to pay the prisoner a visit.

On the second day after the children were brought to the Lathander farms, Piak would pay them a visit, offering them to show them the ancient elven city if they want to. His intention is to take the fear from the children, after they were no doubt subject to Zhent propaganda for months.
He would show them nice places to swim in the river and to play, and of course the many wonders of the ancient city, the palace, the platforms high above the city, the winged elves and so on. 
If the children tell stories of their own time with the Zhentarim, he'd listen carefully, but not dig too deep in the children's memory.
