The following are not banned, but are not to enter town without proper escort:

Elektra - Known warlock and aiding Zhentarim: May now enter, but with an escort by a Militia Member, Sheriff's Office, Trusted Members of the Shadowdale Mage's Guild, or the trusted from the hospital such as Jonah Goodman or Ivaris Alomane. If she is working within the Alchemy Lab in Shadowdale's Store, she is allowed there with no escort. Should she be found not working and merely socializing, she will require escort once more. As she aids in the fix of the salting of the fields, she can come and go to the alchemy lab freely.
