Reroll NPC (RCR Tool)

Two new NPCs have been added to "Enter the World", next to the Grim Reaper. These NPCs can be used to permanently delete a character, and transfer 35% XP, 30% gold, up to 10 items to a new PC, and all tokens minus five Lessers.

Recipe books may from now on be transferred as one Item of the ten.
This can only be done with a DM supervision. There will be no refund if you RCR and later ask for your recipe book.

Notice:

The RCR service is for making new PC's only.  It is not to be used to remake existing characters.

This seems to be a recurring problem as of late. If it continues, the NPC will be removed.

abuse of this Service will result in loss of Levels.

The RCR NPC tool will be removed from player access due to people continuously misusing what it was made for.

If a player would like to RCR, they can request it to be done by a DM, but the DM is under no obligation to stop their events or their current work in order to aid in the RCR.

On a more personal note, I have to say I'm pretty disappointed that it's come down to this, as warnings were given repeatedly. When the tool was put back in publicly, it was definitely nice to be able to have something off the team's plate when we already have many requests in game to work on. Unfortunately, now we'll have to take care of it again. Maybe in the future this will change, but certainly not anytime soon.
