A Very Strange Sight

Last night, a strange water genasi seemed to turn himself in to the deputy in central Shadowdale. After some quick questions, the genasi claimed to be a Zhent and was taken to the Hounds' hall cells by Jarrin and Zarrall. They returned to town some time later with Jarrin still looking completely bewildered at what had just happened.
