*Note about Permitted Eilistraeens in the Refugee Camp*

By the Order of the Coronal, the three Eilistraeens below are permitted in the Refugee Camp as far as the City gates but not beyond.

Maya Silverlock
Lorena Shah'in, once known as Chiriu of Twilight

Ariyana is under sentance of death within Our borders.
Raina Lindel, also known as Asheyra El'Urth, is no longer permitted but not under sentence of death.

These three may enter and must not be attacked, by Our order. They must go unhooded and unmasked.


They must neither offer nor be offered open insult.
They must show the same respect to the Defenders that all other inhabitants show.
They must behave with consideration and courtesy and be shown the same. Rudeness to Our people will not be tolerated.
If requested to leave for the time being by a Defender, they must do so. If a situation becomes heated they must also leave for a short time.


They are permitted by reason of their faith in the Daughter of the Protector and are unlike other Dhaerow. It will be hard for Our people to accept they are truly different but We request and require Our people to begin to work on understanding that they are not the same as the followers of the Dark Gods and indeed fight them within the forests that one day We hope will belong again to Our beloved City.

These Directives hold for as far as Our writ runs which is as far as the Boatman.
