A small, hinsized female figure, dressed in dark blue clothed, hooded and masked, wanders through Freehaven one evening, poking around for any officials. Bystanders can gather that the small person seems to be "Molly Floggins", works for some "qual Trade Emporium" and wishes to "get approval to hold an auction here in the town in 2 days".
