A wizard at the Dancing Moon

A robed wizard crosses the Crossroads path, in silence, invisible and ethereal, spoting well in forest for anyone hided, before be magically spotted when puting his feet in the island, he dismiss the spells and handle his crystal sword to an elf guard, pommel first.

I would like to meet the person in charge nowadays, there is someone I must meet and this person can help me to arrange a meeting with the most beloved person in Faerun.
