Sending out warnings

After having words with Bryanna east of shadowdale, Sedrin would be seen heading first to the House of Redemption, then to Castle Krag, to give warning that the dale has been taken over by outsiders and monsters - whom are able to take control over people who encounter them.

As the message is delivered, he hurries back

While standing on the front porch, Asteria hears the news of this warning and spews every curse she knows. She posts a front sign on the door of the House:

WARNING: KEEP OUT OF SHADOWDALE AND THE WOODS. PLAGUE SPREADING DANGEROUSLY. AVOID THOSE THAT HAVE COME INTO CONTACT WITH THE PLAGUE.

She orders all of her men to stand guard at the door and she stands guard herself, armed with her great-axe and tower shield. She writes a quick private letter to Elektra and Crypto as well as Roman, recommending they start taking further precautions as soon as possible.

Additional Signs with similar intent appear just outside the normal guard patrol range around Shadowdale. They are hastily constructed from impromptu materials; split fence-posts, old board cast-offs, etc.
