Sirs,
     A Skymage landed his Wyvvern behind the old barn in Shadowdale and strode up to the campfire unimpeded by any guards or Militia. The Mage claims to have "quit" The Zhentarrim and was asking about portals and any that summoned them, then asked that any summoners be killed, warning they might disrupt the whole plane. Lately drow had been seen summoning portals, killing them is of course sensible, but following a Zhents commands  is a troubling thought.
Perhaps the morale and strength of the soldiers and guards need be increased by weaponwry that would bring down wyvern and mage alike and Disjunction scrolls be created and given to those that might use them, to close portals at need.

These are suggestions of a Mere Skald, though I've  spoken to Loremasters and mages upon the subject.
