Panic in Free Haven-Celovars search

After hearing about rumors about the possible pleasure slaves Celovar meets up with Valtore. He pulls him off to the side gives himself a moment to clear the area, and whispers. 

"I have a lead, but its a flimsy one. I heard rumor that somewhere in Free Haven they have elven pleasure slaves. I dont intend to leave there here when everything goes down. I noticed that there are posters asking for mercs. I presently have three ideas: Sign up asking for slaves as payment, check out the red light district and ask around there, or to ask the Headmistress in the Homunculas. We do not have much time, what do you think?"

"Ye be rather well known Lad, I am thinkin if ye offered yur services as a merc ye would be put on tha front lines and likely never see them slaves. That is countin they would even agree ta sell 'em. I visit tha red light district every once in a while." Winks " Let me ask around there and see what I can find out. A few of tha girls know me as a good customer. Though I never used slaves. Besides I have been offerin ta help some of 'em ta leave fur a bit now."

If celovar agrees Valtore once more heads to the red light district to ask the free girls if they want to leave. He offers to help them travel to Scarsdale if they want or maybe set up a new life else where. He also asks if any know about the pleasure slaves, where they might be or who has them. He hints he's heard there be elvens ones and is curious. He uses gold to loosen lips and buy the info if needed.

"You're right, you go and do that I'll go and have a drink in the Bastard sword and play a few hands of cards. I'll casually ask about there, not making it to obvious."

Watching Valtore head off to the Red Light district, Celovar heads to the Bastard sword and begins to sit down and play some hands at cards. He offers to buy drinks for the more 'slimy' types in an attempt to loosen them up for a few hands.

Valtore goes and spends time and gold with scantily clad women. He talks to them about the coming threat and if any wish to leave the town before the undead hoard attacks. He offers them passage to another Dale or help setting up new lives. He also asks about the elven pleasure slaves Celovar heard rumors of. He does spend his normal gold and enjoys the pleasure of their company while looming for more people to help.



Valtore continues to attempt to talk some of the people into leaving town. Visiting the brothal, homes of independant prosititutes, and street walkers.

Valtore would find a number of freelance whores who are quite upset with the decrease of traffic and therefore income lately and would be interested if Valtore would know of more profitable markets.
After some bribes some could tell him about pleasure slaves kept in private homes of the merchants and some in the Homuncullus.

After speaking to Celovar, Valtore begins to search for the lair of the vampire who was operating in Free Haven a while back. He believes it had a "backdoor" out of town. WIth a strong ropes, climbing axe, hammer, and pitons he lowers himself down into the lower caverns.He hopes he can find a safe way out of town and not more undead.
