Searching for Shout scroll or caster.

*Kain posts a notice that is on tattered parchment paper. The notice is poorly scribbled in ink. The words are correct, as is the grammar. Despite it being legible, it is still quite crude*

*The notice plainly reads:*

I am searching for someone familiar in the weave. I need a scroll transcribed, or require the temporary services of someone who is able to perform the spell commonly known as "Shout."
It sounds simple enough, but surely there is more to it than that. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with the inner workings of such magic.

*Kain goes on to crudely describe the appearance of his armor and elaborates that he is commonly found at the rangers small haven in Fox Ridge, though he does sparingly come into town for short visits.*
