In The House Of Plenty

The red haired monk sit quietly in one of the backrooms of The House of Plenty, in a silent search for answers. Specifically answers to the murder of one townsfolk and the attack of another. From what he and others within the temple had discovered he knew the creature to be of an outer-planar origin and suspected it to be some kind of water elemental. He also knew of the names Harbinger and Kearivara ((sorry that's as close as i can get from my shoddy memory)). As he finishes another tome, his light spell begins to fade and he invokes the name of Lathander and the sun to summon up the brightness in the dark room. It was going to be a long night, but answers of some kind must be found.


((just what Sano would be doing after the event tonight))

Sano would relay this revelation to the others who were working together to solve the strange case, notably Ashenar and the Harvest Mother, ((sorry I forget all who were there)) and ask what they had discovered. He would then, after completing his daily monk routine of exercise and meditation, go back to trying to decipher what kind of creature creates or is created by storms and other strange happenings that night. Naturally studious; research would be his first plan on what to do in such a strange crisis.

Sophia would pace around the room next to it, with the woman that was brought to the House of Plenty.

While occupied and busy with his own tasks, Ash did manage to find a moment to make a brief appearance at the temple. Upon hearing the results of Sano's studies, Ashenar applauded the man for his commitment to aiding the case.

"Well done with your findings, Sano. I'm impressed." Nodding, he didn't feel it was necessary to tell to Sano to let him know on any further results. He was certain he would be one of the first to find out regardless.

Then, the half-elf paced off in search of Priestess Sophia, giving a knock at the door after inquiring to her whereabouts.

She would have left a note on the door on the female dorm, which would read

"I do apologize, I have gone out for a wee bit. I had an important errand to run. I should be back soon.

Mother guard you all,

Harvest Mother Everheart"

Ashenar gave a curse under his breath after reading the note. With a somewhat pressing matter he needed to swing into motion, he began asking other members of the temple clergy if they knew what had been done with the body that his fellow militiaman, Angelus, had brought in.

Sano, while still within the House of Plenty would take time to visit the surviving victim to see how their condition was.
As he walks into the dorm a look of of confusion and sadness cover his usually tranquil face.
If it wasn't improving Sano would do what he could with his magics, his knowledge of medicines and of the nature of the planes and their inhabitants, to see if he could gain some insight in how to help her condition.

While taking a break from his studying Sano by chance met Ashenar by the fountain, where they discussed some of the case. Ashenar was quite secretive because of his work, which Sano could respect, he had his own duties to attend to. What was most important was the mentioning of a grand library in nearby Myth Drannor. Sano set off for there shortly after with the help of another adventurer who had shown him the way. Once there he would politely request access to the library, mentioning that he was trying to stop something from causing further terror in Shadowdale.
