Natalya's Caravan

Kalthanar being a friend of Natalya's over the years and the numerous times they have helped each other comes to offer aid to Natalya with getting her a new caravan after hearing about the fire. He offers gold and someone to vent to about her seemingly bad luck as well as teaching her a method to ward off bad luck that he seems to swear works. Clap Three times and spin around. He tries his best to get Natalya to actually do it and even does it himself to try to entice her to do so.

Maura would also join in what many may see as an attempt at levity. For a Tymoran though, good luck charms, no matter how silly they may seem, are to be taken seriously and respected. The fiery aasimar has come to recognize this and support Kalthanar when she can.

After making herself sufficiently dizzy, she'd then offer to lead Natalya in a prayer to Shaundakul.

Natalya seems extremely thankful for Kal and Maura's aid. She gives Kal a bit of a grin as he shows her this good luck charm, her face showing she may not necessarily believe him. However, she humors him and practices with him, having a nice laugh. At the donation, she would actually accept it. Caravans are hard to get repaired often and the fact hers was outright destroyed took a heavy hit to her finances. She thanks Kal over and over.

She happily agrees to pray with Maura and would offer her hand to take Maura's. It seems she is just as thankful for this gesture as the gesture of coin from Kal.

With a soft smile, she'd take Natalya's hand and give it a little squeeze, then close her eyes and bow her head. Though she usually offered her prayers to Shaundakul in the angelic tongue, she used Common for the caravan driver's benefit.

"As we travel along our way," she begins with a quiet, but reverent tone, "we thank you for your protection on ourselves, our loved ones, and our property. Let not any of our enemies, thieves, bandits, or evil-doers approach us, if they do not intend to bring us what was intended from your holy realm. Turn around their evil intent to glorify your name, Rider of Winds."

She opens her eyes and looks up to Natalya. "So shall it be."

Natalya smile warmly and opens her eyes, repeating Maura's words. "So shall it be!"

Natalya would be seen as of late much more relaxed by the actions of these two.

Kalthanar would make a habit of when he has the free time to do so of hanging around Natalya and her new caravan, riding along with her on her trips when possible and providing her protection making sure to introduce himself to all would be malevolent peoples that take a ride on her caravan that he was the very best at what he did and wouldn't hesitate to cut them down if they chose to try and harm poor Natalya.

While not specifically intended for Natalya's benefit, Zazieri has been lingering at the crossroads at night, keeping watch rather vigilantly when no one else is there, though once company arrives, she shows a habit of being a terrible guard and often drifts to sleep.

Natalya, being a mere peasant and commoner, would not be counted as guard company, and thus would get to see the vigilant side of the spooky halfling.
